While Yoga Teacher Training is a transformative experience, it’s not the right fit for everyone at every stage of life.

We will spend 8 months together…
Learning alignment, technique, and anatomy of key Vinyasa postures-everything from standing poses to heart openers and hip stretches to inversions and arm balances.
Immersed in dedicated practice and learning
Moving beyond just the poses with enriching practices like mantra, mudra, and pranayama
Studying philosophy: Dive into the yoga sutras with an open heart and mind, applying ancient wisdom to live a balanced, joyful life
Uncovering deep insights into your own body and personal alignment
Exploring captivating myths that have helped millions understand the world around us
Practicing Pranayama, Meditation, and Mantra: These tools will help you cultivate self-awareness and release mental and emotional patterns that no longer serve you.
